Skelligs Chocolate Co. will deliver your order as soon as possible subject to your chosen chocolates being in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 15 business days. To provide as cost effective delivery service as possible we use national and international registered post. We can provide tracking details upon request. If a courier service is required please contact us directly for costs on email@example.com
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges are levied depending upon product and country of destination. We do not accept any responsibilities for local custom regulations, and all products are shipped ‘in good faith’.
Weather and local climate
Skelligs Chocolate is not able to take any responsibility for warm weather conditions where you live. All customers must agree to our ‘warm weather notice’ on the checkout pages.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee and Couriers
We strive to deliver our chocolates in the best possible condition but cannot be responsible for weather conditions locally, failure of local postal representatives or couriers who do not leave a notice of ‘ attempt to deliver’ or inspections by local customs officers.
Please note that we are happy to send to all addresses (residential and business) possible but unless a time delivery is requested (which is expensive) we have no control over when during the day the delivery will be made. We do not have knowledge as to whether your particular address is at the start or end of a drivers route and as such we cannot let you know when it could be delivered.
(We have been advised by our couriers that unfortunately we cannot ship to PO addresses
Failure to Receive
If you do not receive your order in a timely manner please inform us and if it has been returned to us we will offer to refund the cost of chocolate less any postal charges incurred by us, alternatively we will ship again subject to another postal charge being paid.
